L'Isola dei Cavoli, located in the protected marine area of Capo Carbonara, it is composed of granite rocks and white sand.
Its waters are intensely blue and live many species of fish and coral, nestled among the submerged rocks.
On the highest part of the island, about 40 meters, there is a lighthouse built in 1856 encompassing a Spanish defense tower, built in 1591.
On the beach, you can also follow a botanical itinerary created by the researchers of the University of Cagliari.
