In a typical Campidanese house in the charming historic center of Pula, we will spend a
fascinating morning in search of the culinary traditions of Sardinia.
The skilled hands of a local woman will show us how to prepare "Is Culurgionis" (Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and mint) according to ancient traditions
handed down for generations.
Even the guest can actively participate in spreading the fresh pasta and closing the ravioli according to the Campidanese and Ogliastra tradition.
At the end of the preparation, the ravioli will be sewn and tasted on the spot.
