A unique and original tour that will reveal us some details of island history through food.
This authentic guided tour takes place on foot along the streets of the historic center of Pula.
We will carry out different stages between small shops, pastry shops, ice cream parlors and wine bars that favor local products and artisan and sustainable
processing.
Starting from the historic Via Nora, we will immediately start our stories accompanied by a small drink in one of the most famous Wine bars in Pula.
Later we will be hosted by an excellent restaurant that offers a wide selection of traditional dishes reworked; continuing towards the center, we will get to know Marco and his
"pasteceria" where we will taste the delicious sebadas (made with cheese and honey) accompanied by the famous myrtle liqueur.
A few meters further on we will instead visit an ice cream shop where we will discover the techniques to prepare an artisan ice cream.
Moving into Corso V. Emanuele, we will be welcomed by Piero and Rita in their small shop, a place of other times where, between a chat and the other, we will be able to
taste the delicious pecorino and caprino cheeses typical of the region.
The tour lasts about two hours.
