Tiscali is a nuragic village located at the base of Mount Tiscali.
A true classic for hiking lovers!
We reach it through the wonderful valley of Lanaittu, an enchanted place nestled between the imposing limestone cliffs of Supramonte.
Nature here is the only protagonist.
A lush vegetation full of oaks, bushes and junipers, where we may meet wild animals like wild boars or mouflons.
It is in this valley that we find the famous source of Su Gologone, bandits caves and nuragic villages, such as Tiscali, the most popular.
An old path used in the past by the charcoal burners, leads us to the entrance to the mysterious village.
A nuragic site built inside a cave where the earth sank, forming a huge crater.
It is here that the nuragics built small stone houses and mud to protect themselves from weather and possible enemy attacks.
Of this place are told stories and legends that have reached us since the beginning of the times.
